No. Uploading data to Infozy Data Center is always free, regardless of the method (API, FTP, Gateway).

Can I switch between plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or scale your storage capacity instantly from the dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Is there a minimum contract period?

Our standard plans are pay-as-you-go monthly. Enterprise contracts may have annual terms for additional discounts.

How does the CCTV retention pricing work?

You pay per camera stream. If you select 30-day retention, we store the last 30 days of footage on a rolling basis. Older footage is automatically deleted unless flagged.
